Biography

Terry Rinehart serves as the Vice President of Operations at Southland Safety, a role he has held since November 2017. Prior to this, he was the company's Operator Qualification (OQ) Director from 2011 to 2017. Terry joined Southland Safety in 2008, bringing with him two decades of experience in constructing both regulated and non-regulated utilities across the United States. His extensive background in pipeline operations has made him an active participant in OQ workgroups, where he contributes to enhancing industry standards and practices.
