Keith Campbell, ASP is the Safety Director at L.E. Bell Construction Co., Inc., where he leads the company’s safety and compliance programs across a wide range of pipeline construction projects. With years of hands-on field experience and leadership in safety management, Keith plays a key role in promoting a proactive, safety-first culture within the organization. Keith has been a featured speaker at ISNetworld’s ISN CONNECT conference, where he served on the panel “Why Safety Counts”, sharing insights into the importance of embedding safety into every level of an organization’s culture. His expertise is frequently sought out for industry events and training initiatives.
